Nora Rongkru, the local traditions believe, passed down the faith of Nora’s descendants through generations, which is the sacred ritual of the southern people that must be protected. Wai Kru activities include paying Great Grand Nora, the ancestor who demonstrates thanks, doing the Kae-Mei ritual, adorning a tiara rite, or performing Pook Pha Yai or Tang Pok for the new Noras.
