มัสยิดโบราณประจำเมืองสายบุรี สร้างเมื่อปี 2428 โดยสถาปนิกชาวชวา และชาวท้องถิ่น ใช้เวลาสร้าง 1 ปี ซึ่งเป็นมัสยิดหลังแรกของเมืองสายบุรี ลักษณะตัวอาคารมัสยิด เป็นสี่เหลี่ยมหลังคามี 3 ช่วง ช่วงที่ 1, 2 หลังคาทรงปันหยา (ลีมะ) ปูด้วยกระเบื้องเล็ก ช่วงที่ 3 เป็นส่วนที่จะต่อเติมจากช่วงที่ 1 จะมีโดมเล็กๆ ยอดบนสุดจะเป็นแก้วกลม และด้านขวาจะเป็นระเบียง หลังคากระเบื้องดินเผา ผนังฉาบปูนเปลือกหอย

The ancient mosque of Sai Buri that was built in 2428 BE by a Javanese architect and the local people by taking one year, which was the first mosque in Sai buri. The appearance of the mosque building is a square with three roof parts; on the part 1,2 Panya roof type (Lima) was covered with small tiles. The 3rd part was expanded apart from the 1st section, there will be a small dome, the top is round glass and on the right was a balcony, the roof was clay tile, the wall was plastered by shell.
