It is a street where the Hokkien Chinese people sailed on the boats from Songkhla to settle down here, originally known as Kue Da Je Nor Community or Hua Talat Chinese Community. The most prominent villages on this street were Ban Kong Si and Ban Dharamsala. In Ban Dharamsala, there was a wall art by using totally five languages: Thai, English, Melayu, Chinese and Hindi gathering many nations and languages together.
